Brenley's preschool class went to Tanganyika Wildlife Park in Goddard. We actually had never been there before, but basically it is like a big large petting zoo, where they also house some endangered species.
Brenley and her friends got to feed Lemurs (no pictures of that taken since I had two little girls attached to my legs screaming). Needless to say, they were not really into that. Surprisingly, though, while lemur's look a little scary with their weird eyes, they are gentle and very soft.
We were able to pet kangaroo's, bunnies, goats, and turtles. It was a busy little morning for all of these sweet faces.

Then this afternoon I taught my first Junior Achievement class to Beau's 3rd grade class at Maize South Elementary. I will go there each day this week to review business and the economy. He is so thrilled (heavy with sarcasm here), but I loved it. It's really great being so involved, and it really makes me appreciate more the teachers and administrators who take care of my kids all day long, and do a really great job.
