Bull Rush

For the past few years, the Maize South Middle School gears up all year for an end of school 5k run and obstacle course called The Bull Rush.  You have to qualify for it during the year in your respective PE classes.  Beau qualified this year for the Bronze heat, and he did great. It was quite a workout! We were so proud of him for finishing strong. It was a blast to watch and keep up with. These pictures tell the best story.

Beau our Trackster

Beau went out for track again this year. He threw mostly shot put. 35' 2" being his longest (if memory serves). He threw discus a time or two. He even got to run a race in a participation meet.

Easter 2017

Little different Easter this year. We didn't have our Texas crew, and all the littles are bigs now, so we were down to just two hunting eggs........but it was still a great time.  Nice to show up in church. Nice to be around family. Brenley always loves Grandma's general store. It never fails to disappoint.
