We're Going Back to School!

Yep, sure enough. The time has come and as I write this,  both kids have got their first full week under their belt. Thank goodness. I like summer where schedules are a bit more flexible, but I also like when we get back into one. And the first week isn't quite hard core as what it will be, so it makes for an easier transition.

I will also go on to say I have been so sad this week.  I don't know if it's the transition of summer to school, or the fact that my "babies" aren't really babies anymore. In any event, I've been weepy.

Bren started on Monday, August 12th. She is in Kindergarten at Northridge Academy. No bus yet, but Christian education in a small school setting. Perfect (for me, at least).

Beau started on Tuesday, August 13th. He is in 5th grade at Maize South Elementary. Mr. Pauly is his teacher.  This is his last year in an elementary school, and he informed me his last year of recess (his favorite school subject).

Where or where does the time go??
